Mindexx ("we," "us," or "our") operates a health, wellness and personal development app, along with an associated website at https://mindexx.app


This Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy (the "Policy") outlines our zero-tolerance approach and the steps we take to ensure compliance with applicable laws, including the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act, and similar international standards.

Mindstack Labs condemns all forms of modern slavery, including forced labor, debt bondage, human trafficking, child labor, and any practices that exploit workers or restrict their freedom.


We are dedicated to:

- Ensuring fair treatment, safe working conditions, and voluntary employment for all individuals involved in our operations.

- Promoting ethical practices among our partners, suppliers, and third-party providers.


### 2. Organizational Structure and Operations


Mindstack Labs is a technology-focused entity developing AI service for personal Development purposes only.


We have minimal physical supply chains, with services mainly sourced from:

- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers.

- Professional services (e.g., legal, auditing, and development tools).


### 3. Risk Assessment


We regularly assess risks of modern slavery in our operations and supply chains. Given the nature of our business—predominantly remote, knowledge-based work in the technology sector—we consider the inherent risk to be low. However, we remain vigilant, particularly in relation to:

- Third-party service providers in global jurisdictions.

- Any future expansion involving physical goods or outsourced labor.


### 4. Policies and Due Diligence


To mitigate risks, we implement the following measures:

- **Employment Practices**: All team members and contractors are engaged voluntarily with fair compensation, freedom to terminate engagement, and compliance with labor laws. We do not use forced labor or withhold identification documents.

- **Supplier and Partner Due Diligence**: We select partners with strong ethical reputations and require contractual assurances against modern slavery. Where appropriate, we conduct reviews of key suppliers' policies.

- **Contractual Obligations**: Contracts with suppliers and partners include clauses requiring compliance with anti-slavery laws and the right to terminate relationships in case of violations.
