Mindstack Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates a health, wellness and personal development app, along with an associated website at https://mindexx.app (the "Website").
This CCPA Privacy Notice applies solely to California residents ("consumers" or "you") and supplements our general Privacy Policy. It is provided in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA).
The Protocol is fully decentralized and non-custodial. Core interactions occur directly on public blockchains via self-custodied wallets and do not require or collect traditional personal information.
### 1. Personal Information We Collect
The AI PD app may collect several categories of personal information so it can create and deliver personalised coaching experiences. This typically includes basic account details (such as your name, email address, and password), device and technical information (like IP address, browser or app version, and general location at the city/region level), and usage data about how you interact with the service (for example, session timestamps, features used, and in‑app clicks or screens viewed).
The app can also collect the content you actively provide during coaching sessions and reflections, such as your written responses, goals, habits, and personal development plans, together with derived insights or progress metrics the system generates from that content. In some cases, and only where needed for specific features, the app may collect limited payment‑related information (processed via a secure payment provider) and optional profile data you choose to add (such as your role, interests, or focus areas), but it is not designed to collect highly sensitive identifiers (like government ID numbers or full financial account details) through normal use.kevin.williams@mindexx.app
We do **not** collect:
- Sensitive personal information (e.g., Social Security numbers, financial account details, precise geolocation, biometric data, race, health, or similar).
- Personal information from children under 16.
Business/Commercial Purposes: The personal information collected through the AI PD app is used for both business and commercial purposes, primarily to operate, maintain, and improve the service and to deliver personalised coaching experiences. This includes using data to create and adapt coaching flows, track your progress, troubleshoot issues, enhance app performance and security, develop new features, and generate aggregated, de‑identified analytics that help understand how the product is used.
Personal information may also be used for customer support, to communicate with you about your account and important updates, and—where permitted by law and your preferences—for marketing, referral, and promotional activities related to the app and closely aligned products or services. In addition, information can be processed to prevent fraud or misuse, to enforce our terms, and to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, such as responding to lawful requests from authorities or managing records for tax and accounting purposes.
### 2. Sharing and Sale of Personal Information
In the preceding 12 months, we have **not sold** personal information and do not sell personal information.
We may **share** personal information with:
- Service providers
- In connection with legal requirements or business transfers (e.g., merger).
We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
On-chain data (e.g., wallet addresses, transactions) is publicly visible on blockchains and not considered "shared" or "sold" under CCPA.
