This GDPR Data Protection Notice applies to individuals in the European Union, European Economic Area, and United Kingdom ("you") whose personal data is processed under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR) and applicable national laws. It supplements our general Privacy Policy.
We act as the data controller for off-chain processing. For on-chain interactions, data is processed pseudonymously on public blockchains, where we do not control the data.

### 1. Personal Data We Process
For GDPR purposes, “personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, and our AI PD app only collects data needed to provide and improve the service. This includes basic identification and contact data (such as name, email address, and account credentials), technical and usage data (such as IP address, device and browser type, general location at city/region level, and in‑app actions, logs, and timestamps), and the content you voluntarily provide in coaching sessions (for example, written reflections, goals, habits, and personal development plans), along with derived progress indicators generated from that content.
Where necessary for specific features, we may also process billing‑related information through secure payment providers and optional profile data you choose to add (such as your role, interests, or focus areas), but the service is not intended to collect special categories of personal data (such as health data, religious beliefs, or data about criminal convictions) and such information should not be shared in the app unless it is clearly requested for a defined purpose and accompanied by appropriate consent and safeguards.
### 2. Data Retention
Personal data from the AI PD app is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in our terms and privacy notice, including providing the service, maintaining your account, and meeting legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. In practice, this means we keep your account and coaching data while your account is active and for a limited period after closure, after which it is either securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised so it can no longer be linked back to you.
We may keep certain limited records (for example, transaction logs or basic account history) for longer where required by law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements, but wherever possible this information is minimised and separated from live product data. You can generally request deletion of your personal data, and where we are not legally required to keep specific information, it will be erased or anonymised in line with our data‑retention schedule.
### 4. Your Rights Under GDPR
You have the following rights (subject to exceptions):
- **Access** (Art. 15): Confirm processing and obtain a copy.
- **Rectification** (Art. 16): Correct inaccurate data.
- **Erasure** ("right to be forgotten," Art. 17): Delete data where no overriding grounds.
- **Restriction** (Art. 18): Limit processing.
- **Portability** (Art. 20): Receive data in structured format.
- **Objection** (Art. 21): Object to legitimate interest processing.
- **Withdraw Consent** (Art. 7): Anytime for consent-based processing.
- **Lodge Complaint**: With supervisory authority (e.g., ICO in UK).
On-chain data cannot be erased due to immutability.

No fees normally; unreasonable requests may incur costs.
