**Effective Date: January 10, 2026**
Mindexx ("we," "us," or "our") operates a health, wellness and personal development app, along with an associated website at https://mindexx.app (the "Website").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
### 1. Eligibility
The service is intended for adults who are capable of making their own decisions about personal development and are willing to engage in self‑reflection and behaviour change. It is not designed for children or for individuals requiring clinical mental‑health treatment, crisis intervention, or medical advice, and anyone with serious psychological, psychiatric, or medical conditions should use it only alongside, and never in place of, appropriate professional care.
### 2. Description of Services
The AI personal development service provides short, structured coaching conversations that help users reflect on their goals, habits, decisions, and daily experiences, using guided questions grounded in coaching and positive‑psychology principles. It delivers personalised prompts, micro‑lessons, and follow‑up reminders so individuals can build self‑awareness, practise key soft skills such as communication and leadership, and turn insights into concrete actions over time.
### 3. User Responsibilities
Users share responsibility for using the AI personal development product in a safe, realistic way, which starts with recognising that it is a self‑coaching and learning tool, not therapy or a substitute for qualified professional advice. Individuals should treat suggestions as prompts for reflection rather than instructions, maintain their own critical thinking, and seek appropriate human support (such as a doctor, therapist, or accredited coach) for crises, mental health issues, or major life decisions.
Users are also responsible for how they share data and interact with the system, including reading the privacy information, deciding what level of personal detail they are comfortable providing, and avoiding posting highly sensitive or identifying information if they are not satisfied with the safeguards. They should use the app within its stated scope, report any responses they find harmful or inappropriate, and avoid becoming overly dependent on the AI so that their own judgement, self‑awareness, and relationships with real people remain central to their development.
### 4. Risks
AI‑driven personal development tools can misinterpret context, offer oversimplified advice, or miss deeper emotional and psychological issues, especially when users share sensitive information or discuss distressing experiences. There is also a risk that people over‑rely on automated guidance, treat it like a human coach or therapist, and delay seeking qualified professional help when they actually need more specialised, accountable support.
Using an AI PD product also raises data‑related and ethical risks, because any system that processes personal reflections and behavioural data must manage privacy, security, bias, and transparency very carefully. If these aspects are not clearly communicated and well controlled, users might feel falsely “safe” when sharing, while still being exposed to potential breaches, biased responses, or generic “one‑size‑fits‑all” recommendations that are not appropriate for their background or situation.
### 5. Intellectual Property
All software, models, content, designs, branding, and related materials made available through the service (including coaching flows, questions, prompts, learning content, and interface elements) are owned by, or licensed to, the provider and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users receive a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to access and use the service for personal purposes only and may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from any part of the service or its content except as expressly permitted in a written agreement.
### 7. Third-Party Services
The service may integrate or rely on third‑party providers for hosting, analytics, communications, payment processing, or AI infrastructure, and your use of those elements may be subject to the separate terms and privacy policies of those providers. While reasonable efforts are made to choose reputable third‑party services and maintain continuity, the provider does not control and is not responsible for the availability, performance, security, or content of third‑party services, and may modify, replace, or discontinue such integrations at any time.
### 8. Disclaimers
